Right to Use: - Your right to use the Website is subject to any limitations, conditions, and restrictions established by us from time to time, at our sole discretion. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Website or restrict your access to parts or the entire Website without notice or liability.

1-Eligibility:-To register as a member of Shubhaghadiya.com or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). Membership to the Site is void where prohibited. Your use of this Site represents and warrants that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This site is not meant to encourage and/or promote illicit sexual relations or extramarital affairs. If Shubhaghadiya.com discovers or becomes aware that any member is using this site to promote or engage or indulge in illicit sexual relations or extra marital affairs his/her membership will be terminated forthwith/without any refund and without any liability to Shubhaghadiya.com. Shubhaghadiya.com’s discretion to terminate shall be final and binding.

2-Term:-This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site and/or are a Member of Shubhaghadiya.com. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing Shubhaghadiya.com in writing to terminate your Membership. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. Shubhaghadiya.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason which shall be effective upon sending notice of termination to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Shubhaghadiya.com. If Shubhaghadiya.com terminates your membership because of your breaching the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees. 

3- Member Disputes:-You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Shubhaghadiya.com Members. Shubhaghadiya.com reserves the right but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

4- Privacy:-Use of the Shubhaghadiya.com Site and/or the Shubhaghadiya.com Service is governed by the Shubhaghadiya.com Privacy Policy.

5-Limitation on Liability:-Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Shubhaghadiya.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Shubhaghadiya.com Service, even if Shubhaghadiya.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Shubhaghadiya.com, liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Shubhaghadiya.com, for the Service during the term of membership.

6- Disputes:-If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Hyderabad, India.

7- Indemnity:-You agree to indemnify and hold Shubhaghadiya.com, its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

8-Code of Conduct:-You agree to use the Website in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
a. You are solely responsible for any information that you display when using the Website or to other members. You will keep all information provided to you through the Website as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you;
b. You will not use the Website to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures, or recordings, which contain libelous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements, or racist, pornographic, obscene, or offensive language;
c. You will not use the Website to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person;
d. Your use of the Website is for your own personal use. You may not authorize others to use the Website and you may not transfer your accounts with other users.
e. You will not use the Website to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising, or solicitation for goods or websites.

9-Duties and obligations of Visitors and members:-By Registering with us, then you become a member of Shubhaghadiya.com.
a. Shubhaghadiya.com has rights to select or deselect, activate or deactivate.
b. Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough inquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, the income of other members.
c. Provide the correct information to us, Site is not responsible for any wrong or fake information was given by his/her.
d. The members shall furnish truthful, authentic, genuine, relevant, valid correct, current fair information for being displayed or posted on the website.
e. The onus of proving the correctness of information furnished and/or displayed on the websites lies on the concerned members.
f. The onus of proving that the information is wrong lies on the membership/third parties asserting, relying on using the information.
g. Member intention should be only to enter into a matrimonial alliance.
h. The members availing online chat facility shall not misuse or misbehave with other members.
i. The members shall provide proofs as may be required by Shubhaghadiya.com to substantiate the information furnished
j. He/She is responsible for his/her Information and details which is provided by his/her for the purpose of this site. Also responsible for sending information through this site.
k. Members shall be personally responsible and liable for their conduct, behavior, language used, and information transferred on 'online chat'. Any such incident entails penal consequences apart from cancellation of membership and deactivation of all services.
l. It shall be the duty of the visitors and members seeking alliance from the members whose profiles are displayed on the website to cause thorough inquiry and cross-check the correctness, authenticity, currency, genuineness of the information displayed on the website and take adequate precautions on their own before finalizing the alliance.
m. The members or non-members seeking an alliance with the member Shubhaghadiya.com are advised to make independent verification of all credentials of the members, including verification of medical history and other antecedents.Shubhaghadiya.com shall not be responsible or liable for any misrepresentation or falsity of the information on the website.

10-Membership Fees:-

Membership Fees are only for use this site and its services for him/her personal use, it is non-transferable to others.
The membership fee is not refundable in any case.
Activity as per membership criteria, a member can use that services only, free services are open for all.

11-Cancellation of Membership:-
a.Shubhaghadiya.com reserves unfettered right to cancel any membership at any stage, without assigning any reason whatsoever. The member who thus forfeits the membership shall not have any claim whatsoever either for refund or for membership fee paid if any or any material given or any information furnished to Shubhaghadiya.com.
b. A membership will automatically be canceled if any abusive, obscene, or sexually-oriented message/s or photo/s or video/s is sent by a member to the other members or if such material is added to any profile. Such members shall not be entitled to any compensation from Shubhaghadiya.com.

12-Schemes:-
Shubhaghadiya.com offers periodically, different types of schemes on the site, for the convenience of all the members, each at their own distinct benefits. Shubhaghadiya.com reserves the right to modify, amend, alter and change or discontinue the schemes at their absolute discretion. Members are advised to refer membership plan for current schemes.

13-Deactivation of Profile:-
a. Profile of free member will be automatically deleted if it is not active for 6 months.
b. Profile of a paid member will be automatically deactivated if not renewed before the expiry of the subscribed scheme.
c. Shubhaghadiya.com has the right to suspend deactivate or delete the profile of any member without any prior notice in the event of such suspension/deactivation. The member shall not be entitled to any compensation from Shubhaghadiya.com/Vignosoft solutions Pvt Ltd.        

14-Others:-

By becoming a Member of the Site / Shubhaghadiya.com Service, you agree to receive certain specific emails from Shubhaghadiya.com.
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Shubhaghadiya.com Service, contains the entire agreement between you and Shubhaghadiya.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the Site or anything which is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to Shubhaghadiya.com by writing to Customer Care. On receipt of such complaint, Shubhaghadiya.com may investigate such complaint and if necessary may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for such violation abuse, or misuse without any refund of subscription fee. Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his / her membership without any refund of the subscription fee.

We are the service provider, we provide the details which are given by the Members / Family Member & we are not responsible if it’s wrong /fake.

He/She is not allowed to use the service for Chatting, Dating, Flirting, Friendship, etc, use the services only for finding his/her life partner.

Shubhaghadiya.com have full rights to modify/update his/her profile/contact details if require.

Shubhaghadiya.com is not responsible or answerable to any kind of dispute or action taken by any person to whom you have done anything wrong.

Shubhaghadiya.com will not give any information or details to any outside organization or person, it will only use for the Shubhaghadiya.com site. Shubhaghadiya.com has full rights to sell any part of the site or services without prior notice or without disclosing it to members.
